Daryl Wright (EP)
President Seed 2 Leaf
Daryl Wright is a registered Environmental Professional (EP) with ECO Canada. His focus on the environment includes invasive alien species (IAS) and program development for effective IVM strategies. Daryl is a graduate of Royal Roads University Master’s of Environmental Practice (MEP) program where he wrote a thesis on Indigenous Led Framework For Invasive Species Management On The Prairies. Prior to his studies at Royal Roads he completed a certificate in Economics and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the University of Regina, Paul J. Hill School of Business.

Jordan Parenteau
Regional Manager
Jordan Parenteau is one of our managers in Saskatchewan, originally from Frenchman Butte he now leads our Saskatoon region. Jordan has a skilled background in preventative maintenance and equipment design. Jordan has been working with Seed 2 Leaf from our inception and growing in his role as a leader as he champions growth by ensuring our fleet is ready for the next challenge.
Juan Peralta
Safety / Spray Technician
Juan Peralta joined our team in 2024 when he immigrated to Canada with his family. He is based in Lloydminster Saskatchewan with a focus on our growing Unity – Macklin – Lloydminster region. Juan brings a glowing personality to the team and a commitment to corporate safety. Juan’s heritage stems from Colombia’s Guajira peninsula, home of the Wayuu indigenous ethnic group. His grandfather Maximo Movil, was a famous composer of a music called “Vallenato”. If you hear the Colombian Vallenato music at our shop you’ll know it’s Juan!
Yuri Tsvira
Spray Technician
Yuri Tsvira was welcomed with open arms when he immigrated to Canada with his family after the war in Ukraine made living in his community too dangerous. Yuri and his wife Alona are joining us in 2025 as spray technicians excited to build their future in the industry.
Our Team Over the Years
One of the realities of seasonal work is that for some of us it’s an opportunity to grow, develop skills, and invest in our future. Over the year’s we’ve had the opportunity to employ various youth who have then used the opportunity to pursue their careers, or continue studying. As of 2025 Seed 2 Leaf was proud to reach the milestone in logged over 15,000 hours of employment and $750,000 in employee wages. Over 80% of which has gone to Indigenous and visible minority youth.

Help build environmental stewardship
Seed 2 leaf environmental is focused on building environmental stewardship by engaging land users on the importance of invasive species management (ISM). We engage communities by sharing aknowledge, developing management plans, and linking youth employment opportunities in collaboration with industry. Working with industry we strive to develop indigenous inclusion and establishing a link between youth employment and community action.

Mr. Wright’s Masters work and subsequent business endeavors have included projects with national parks, industry and First Nations communities in Saskatchewan. Daryl has presented to environmental forums at the FSIN and Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) presentations on the importance of establishing a guardianship role on invasive species through the use of an Indigenous youth network.
